    Sauté one large chopped onion in olive oil
  2. Add 1 lb of ground beef
  3. Add 3 cloves of grated garlic
  4. Add 1/2 cup of tomato paste
  5. Add pinch of salt & pepper
  6. Add 1/2 tsp of turmeric and oregano
  7. Add 1 tbsp of chili powder
  8. Add 2 chopped Roma tomatoes
  9. Cover and simmer mixture for 20 minutes
  10. Cook spaghetti for 3 minutes – al dente
  11. Add spaghetti to meat mixture
  12. Add to a pot with a greased bottom
  13. Invert pot over a plate for a crispy tahdig
