One of the best dressings in a salad I’ve ever eaten. It’s addictive with some of the most intense flavor that you will absolutely love eating. Super easy to make.

RECIPE:
For the Cumin Vinaigrette Dressing :
- 1. tosp. Cumin
- 1/4 cup avocado oil
- 2 tsp. Sesame oil
- 2 heaping top. Dijon mustard
- 3 tosp. Honey
- 1 lime, zested and juiced
- 1 tsp. Minced garlic
For the salad:
- 3-4 carrots, ribboned with peeler
- 1 zucchini, ribboned
- 1 cucumber, ribboned Fresh parsley, chopped
- Handful toasted sliced almonds 1/4 cup sesame seeds, toasted
- Handful golden raisins (warmed for a few minutes with the sesame seeds
- In a large bowl whisk together all the cumin vinaigrette ingredients together.
- Then add all the salad ingredients into the bowl and mix.
- This salad can last in the fridge for about 2-3 days.
- I sometimes like to add romaine for a heartier salad dish.
