  • Sangak or Barbari Bread
  • 1 jar of Adjika (Armenian Roasted Red Pepper Dip) or any roasted red pepper dip
  • ⅔ lb feta cheese (crumbled)
  • Multi-colored mini sweet peppers  – thinly sliced into rings

Ghormeh Sabzi Topping

  • 2-3 bunches cilantro (rinsed + chopped)
  • 2-3 bunches Italian parsley (rinsed + chopped)
  • 1 bunch chives (rinsed and finely chopped)
  • ¼-⅓ cup dried ghormeh sabzi herb mix
  • 2-3 TBSP ghee or any vegetable oil for sautéing


  • Optional: Pérxican Spice Blend (2 TBSP)
  • Caramelized Onion + Barberry Topping
  • ½ large yellow onion sliced thinly
  • 1 cup dried barberries, rinsed and drained
  • Ghee or vegetable oil of your choice
  • ½-1 TBSP turmeric
  • Salt to taste


  • Parchment Paper
  • Baking trays (at least 9” x 13” but preferably bigger
  • Wooden cutting board/serving tray
