Lavash Wrapped Chilean Sea Bass

This recipe features fish fillets wrapped in lavash and cooked in under 20 minutes. Chilean Sea Bass is used here, though other types of fish work just as well. It’s a simple, health-conscious option for days when you want something satisfying without spending much time in the kitchen.

Ingredients:

  • 4 pieces Toufayan lavash
  • 4 – 3 oz pieces of Chilean Sea bass
  • 4 slices of butter
  • 4 sprigs of cilantro or your favorite herbs
  • Aleppo Pepper
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 400F. Season the fish all over with salt, pepper, and Aleppo pepper. Place one piece of fish on the end of 1 piece of lavash. Top it with butter and cilantro. Roll the lavash, making sure to close the sides. Lay it seam side down on a sheet tray with parchment paper. Repeat with the remaining ingredients. Brush the lavash rolls with melted butter and bake for 15-20 min or until the lavash is golden brown.
