Ghisava is a classic breakfast dish hailing from northwestern Iran — sweet, nutty, and full of protein, it’s a recipe that’s stood the test of time across generations, and pairs wonderfully with a hot cup of tea.
Ingredients:
- Dates
- Walnuts
- Cinnamon Powder
- Eggs
Instructions:
- In a pan, lightly fry your dates until soft and caramelized.
- Add in the walnuts and toast them for a few seconds.
- Sprinkle cinnamon powder for that warm, cozy flavor.
