Ingredients:
• 2 Cups of Red Lentils
• 3 Cloves of pGarlic (you can add much more if you like)
• 1 Onion
• 1 Tablespoon Grated Ginger
• Chili of choice (optional)
• 2 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
• 1 Teaspoon Black Pepper
• 1/2 Teaspoon Red Chili Pepper
• 1/2 Teaspoon Turmeric
• 1/2 Teaspoon Cumin Powder
• 1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
• 1/2 Teaspoon Curry Powder
• 1-2 Tablespoons Rice Flour (optional)
• 3 Teaspoon Ghee or Oil
• 6 Cups of Water
