Persian Chicken Bites

1.25 lb chicken breast, cut into cubes
1/3 cup greek yogurt
2 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp saffron


1- Mix together the marinade in a blender or food processor.
2- Pour over your chicken and marinate for at least 30 minutes – overnight.
3- Pan fry in avocado oil on medium heat for 2-3 minutes each side until golden on the outside, juicy on the inside.
