A refreshing, ruby-red drink that’s perfect for any celebration—minus the alcohol, but full of sparkle and flavor. Pomegranate fizz mocktail is the perfect summer drink!
Ingredients (Serves 2):
- – 1 cup pomegranate juice (chilled)
- – 1/2 cup orange juice (freshly squeezed or store-bought, chilled)
- – 1 tablespoon lime juice (freshly squeezed)
- – 1 teaspoon honey or simple syrup (optional, to taste)
- – 1 cup sparkling water or club soda (chilled)
- – Ice cubes
- – Pomegranate arils(for garnish)
- – Fresh mint leaves(for garnish)
- – Lime or orange slices (optional, for garnish)
Instructions:
- Mix the base
- In a shaker or large glass, combine pomegranate juice, orange juice, lime juice, and honey/simple syrup. Stir or shake well until the honey dissolves completely.
- Prepare the glasses
- Fill two serving glasses with ice cubes. Pour the juice mixture evenly into each glass, filling about 2/3 full.
- Add the fizz
- Top off each glass with sparkling water or club soda. Stir gently to combine without losing the bubbles.
- Garnish and serve
- Add a few pomegranate arils and a sprig of mint to each glass. Garnish with a slice of lime or orange on the rim if desired.
Tips & Variations:
- – For a frosty twist, blend the juices with ice for a slushy-style mocktail.
- – Swap orange juice with pineapple juice for a tropical variation.
- – Use flavored sparkling water (like lime or berry) for an extra layer of taste.
- – Want to make it fancy? Rim the glass with sugar and lime zest before pouring.
