Ingredients (Serves 2):

  • – 1 cup pomegranate juice (chilled)
  • – 1/2 cup orange juice (freshly squeezed or store-bought, chilled)
  • – 1 tablespoon lime juice (freshly squeezed)
  • – 1 teaspoon honey or simple syrup (optional, to taste)
  • – 1 cup sparkling water or club soda (chilled)
  • – Ice cubes
  • – Pomegranate arils(for garnish)
  • – Fresh mint leaves(for garnish)
  • – Lime or orange slices (optional, for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Mix the base
  2. In a shaker or large glass, combine pomegranate juice, orange juice, lime juice, and honey/simple syrup. Stir or shake well until the honey dissolves completely.
  3. Prepare the glasses
  4. Fill two serving glasses with ice cubes. Pour the juice mixture evenly into each glass, filling about 2/3 full.
  5. Add the fizz
  6. Top off each glass with sparkling water or club soda. Stir gently to combine without losing the bubbles.
  7. Garnish and serve
  8. Add a few pomegranate arils and a sprig of mint to each glass. Garnish with a slice of lime or orange on the rim if desired.

Tips & Variations:

  • – For a frosty twist, blend the juices with ice for a slushy-style mocktail.
  • – Swap orange juice with pineapple juice for a tropical variation.
  • – Use flavored sparkling water (like lime or berry) for an extra layer of taste.
  • – Want to make it fancy? Rim the glass with sugar and lime zest before pouring.
