The Disco Ball 75 is a variation of the French 75 champagne cocktail, a classic and refreshing drink that is easy to make for your New Year’s party.
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 oz gin
- 1/2 oz elderflower liqueur or simple syrup
- 1/2 oz lemon juice
- 1/2 ice cubes
- Pinch of silver edible glitter
- Champagne or sparkling white wine, or Prosecco
Directions:
- In a large cocktail shaker mix gin, elderflower liqueur, lemon juice, ice cubes and silver edible glitter.
- Shake well.
- Pour in a flute halfway.
- Top off with your favorite, Champagne, or Prosecco, or white sparkling wine.
