Ingredients:
– 2 cups Blanco Tequila
– 1 cup Tart Cherry Juice
– 1 cup Fresh Lime Juice
– 1/4 – 1/2 cup Agave Nectar (adjust to taste)
– 3 cups Ice
– Lime wedges & sour cherries (for garnish)
– Coarse salt or sugar (for rim, optional)
Instructions:
1. Prepare the glasses: If you like a salted or sugared rim, run a lime wedge around the rim of each glass and dip it in coarse salt or sugar.
2. Blend: In a high-speed blender, combine tequila, tart cherry juice, lime juice, agave nectar, and ice. Blend until smooth and slushy.
3. Adjust: Taste and add more agave nectar if you prefer a sweeter flavor. Blend again for a few seconds.
4. Serve: Pour into prepared glasses and garnish with a lime wedge and a few sour cherries.
