Ingredients:
- Olive oil
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup half & half
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- Sangak bread (for the sandwich)
- 2 slices Swiss cheese
Instructions:
- Heat a Pan: Add a drizzle of olive oil to a pan and warm it up over medium heat.
- Beat the Eggs: In a bowl, beat three eggs until they become fluffy.
- Season the Eggs: To the beaten eggs, add a cup of half & half, a teaspoon of salt, and a teaspoon of pepper.
- Cook the Eggs: Pour the egg mixture into a medium-high pan. Use a spatula to flip the eggs when they turn brown.
- Prepare the Sandwich: Remove the eggs from the pan and place them on a piece of Sangak bread to create a sandwich.
- Add Swiss Cheese: Layer two slices of Swiss cheese on top of the egg.
- Panini Time: Place the sandwich in a panini machine.
- Max Power: Turn the machine’s power to the maximum setting.
- Melt the Cheese: Remove the sandwich from the machine as soon as the cheese melts.
