This collagen packed, sweet, savory, deliciousness is one of my signature dishes and a guest favorite. Jaws on the floor guaranteed!
Instructions:
- In an extra large pan heat avocado oil and begin softening onions.
- Add salt, pepper, and turmeric.
- Cook for 5 minutes.
- On med/high heat add throughly washed beef marrows.
- Season them with salt & pepper.
- Tuck in lots of pitted prunes, Turkish apricots, dried pineapples, and regular apricots.
- Pour on a generous amount of brewed saffron and a drizzle of pomegranate molasses.
- Add @sadaf_foods fried onions.
- Pour in enough chicken broth to come up 3,4 up bones. Do not submerge them in broth.
- Squeeze on a fresh orange and place the lid on.
- Lower heat to med and cook for 35-40 min.
- Flip them carefully. Add more pitted prunes and fried onions.
- Lid on and simmer on med/low for 30-40 longer.
- Stick a small spoon in each and serve! Enjoy!
