“Mola-Gorme is a local specialty from my hometown Babol, in Iran. This recipe is good for 5 to 6 people. You can eat with bread, rice & mashed potatoes.” – Chef Atena (https://www.chefatena.com/)

Ingredients: 

3 eggplants cut into cubes ?

2 cups of diced tomatoes ?

2 onions ?

1 or 1/2 head of garlic ?

5 tbs chopped parsley (or dry parsley) ?

2 tbs tomato paste (optional)

3 cups of water (better use tomato juice) &

Eggs??
