Nov. 3 – Iran regime-funded militants including Lebanese Hezbollah carried out six attacks into Israel this week, as part of an ongoing campaign to destroy the Israel Defense Forces’(IDF) radar and military sites, according to a report by the US-based Critical Threats Project.
The IDF responded to the militia groups firing from Southern Lebanon into Northern Israel with air and artillery strikes.
The Israel-Hamas war, which began on Oct. 7, has raised concerns about a wider military conflict across the Middle East.
Executions in Iran increased by 30 percent, according to a United Nations report, with at least 419 people executed in the first seven months of this year.
The figure included the executions of seven men for participating in nationwide anti-government protests in Iran, sparked by the September 2022 death of 22-year-old Mahsa Jina Amini.
Executions in Iran have surged since the protests began. Iran’s regime is the second most active government for its use of the death penalty and is the world’s most prolific executioner of women and children.
And a new wave of alleged chemical attacks on girls’ schools in Iran were reported on social media.
Three separate incidents were recorded across Iranshahr, Shahrekord district and Zanjan. At least 74 girls are believed to have been poisoned.
An incident reported on Oct. 30 was published on Iran’s semi-official ISNA news outlet, but later removed from the site, according to sources familiar with the matter.
