Nader Mehravari

Dr. Nader Mehravari has spent 30 years studying Persian cuisine. His interests include researching historical documents about Persian cookery and recreating traditional and authentic Persian dishes in a typical modern western home kitchen. Dr. Mehravari has a background in science and technology, and received his PhD in electrical engineering from Cornell University in 1982. He is a retired corporate executive, and has also taught at several universities including Cornell, Syracuse, and Princeton.
