- How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription by calling us on +44(0)20 3633 3684 or emailing us at [email protected] All cancellations require two days’ notice prior to the next billing date. If a cancellation request is made without such notice, you will be billed for the following month and your subscription will continue for that month. No refunds will be given if a cancellation is requested before the required notice period. If you wish to cancel, please provide us with your name and which package you would like to cancel.
