Subscription Terms and Conditions

Thank you for taking out a subscription with us. These terms aim to support new and existing subscribers wishing to understand and manage their subscription packages (“packages”).

References to subscribers in this document refer to all Kayhan Life and Kayhan London subscribers.

As a subscriber, you are also subject to the individual offer terms which cover the specific package you have chosen. These terms are set out within each subscription package.

You must be 18 years of age or older and have the power to enter into a contract with us in order to take out a subscription.

Our subscription packages are subject to English law and to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

What tech do I need to access my subscription?

You can log in and access your subscription on any Android and iOS device.

  • Registration and Payment Details

By registering to become a subscriber, you agree that you have given us accurate registration details, including payment information, and will ensure that we always have up to date contact information.

By submitting payment details to us, you promise that you are entitled to purchase a subscription package using those payment details.

We reserve the right to change subscription prices and/or any included benefits with 30 days’ notice. Affected subscribers may terminate their subscription within this notice period.

  • Defaulting on a Payment

If you default on a payment, we may stop your subscription, enforce payment for the outstanding sum, send your details to third party debt collectors, and/or take any action necessary to recoup our losses.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription by calling us on +44(0)20 3633 3684 or emailing us at [email protected]. All cancellations require two days’ notice prior to the next billing date. If a cancellation request is made without such notice, you will be billed for the following month and your subscription will continue for that month. No refunds will be given if a cancellation is requested before the required notice period. If you wish to cancel, please provide us with your name and which package you would like to cancel.
