- Add in Chopped White Mushrooms, continue to saute, add in Ripe Chopped Tomatoes, simmer while adding Saffron Water and Salt.
- Cook pasta al-dente.
- Squeeze in Fresh Limes in Sauce.
- Continue simmering sauce, add in Fresh Parsley.
- Pour in Olive Oil in a large pot.
- Layer Sliced and Peeled Potatoes in the pot.
- Mix Sauce with cooked Pasta
- Add to pot over Potatoes.
- Cover pot and cook on medium-high heat to make Crispy Potatoes.
