“Named after a Mountain in southern Turkey, this Salad is one of my favorites.
Chop the ingredients as chunky or fine as you like and mix with the dressing. If you can leave the salad to ‘marinate’ in the dressing for 20 minutes to so it’s even more delicious.” – @sw3kitchen on Instagram
For the salad:
3 large vine tomatoes
Handful of cherry tomatoes (~12)
1/4 Red onion
Small bunch of mint and parsley
Handful of walnut halves (~12)
Handful of pomegranate seeds
Dressing:
2 tbsp pomegranate Molasses
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp pul biber/Aleppo chilli
1 tsp Sumac
Big pinch of salt
(Sometimes I’ll add 1/2 clove of crushed garlic also!)
Chop, mix & Enjoy
