“Hi Friends, today I will be making an Iranian Street Food sandwich that I had the last time I was in Iran. It is called “Sosis Bandari”, and it translates as “Spicy Sausage” سوسیس بندری (or “Spicy Hot Dog”). This version was from the vendor who served me the sandwich and he was nice enough to share his recipe with me.
This is very different from usual Persian dishes in that you can make it in half an hour or less with very few ingredients to be enjoyed at any time of day.” – Cooking with Yousef
