Sweet, savory, and a little unexpected-meatballs with sour cherry jam is a flavor combo you didn’t know you needed!
RECIPE:
- 500 gms mince (beef or lamb)
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 teaspoons of Exotic Bazaar’s Harissa
- Salt to taste
For the sauce –
- 3 dessert spoons of cherry jam
- tablespoons of butter
METHOD:
- Chop onions & mix in a bowl with mince, salt & harissa.
- Form into small balls and fry until golden brown
- Mix jam & butter in a saucepan and simmer.
- Serve meatballs on top of steamed rice & drizzle with Sour Cherry Jam.
