Creamy, Sweet, Sour Cucumber Salad

This cucumber salad offers a delightful balance of creamy, sweet, and tangy flavors, creating a refreshing and sophisticated dish that is sure to impress.

Ingredients & Directions: 

  • 2 cucumbers thinly sliced (use vegetable peeler or mandolin)
  • ½ cup of sour cream
  • 3 tbsp. vinegar (I like to use red wine vin or rice vin)
  • 1.5 tosp sugar
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper
  • Load it up with dill (fresh or dried)
  • Mix together until smooth
  • Toss cucumbers in the dressing
