This cucumber salad offers a delightful balance of creamy, sweet, and tangy flavors, creating a refreshing and sophisticated dish that is sure to impress.

Ingredients & Directions:
- 2 cucumbers thinly sliced (use vegetable peeler or mandolin)
- ½ cup of sour cream
- 3 tbsp. vinegar (I like to use red wine vin or rice vin)
- 1.5 tosp sugar
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper
- Load it up with dill (fresh or dried)
- Mix together until smooth
- Toss cucumbers in the dressing
