INGREDIENTS:
- Sangak or Barbari Bread
- 1 jar of Adjika (Armenian Roasted Red Pepper Dip) or any roasted red pepper dip
- ⅔ lb feta cheese (crumbled)
- Multi-colored mini sweet peppers – thinly sliced into rings
Ghormeh Sabzi Topping
- 2-3 bunches cilantro (rinsed + chopped)
- 2-3 bunches Italian parsley (rinsed + chopped)
- 1 bunch chives (rinsed and finely chopped)
- ¼-⅓ cup dried ghormeh sabzi herb mix
- 2-3 TBSP ghee or any vegetable oil for sautéing
S&P
- Optional: Pérxican Spice Blend (2 TBSP)
- Caramelized Onion + Barberry Topping
- ½ large yellow onion sliced thinly
- 1 cup dried barberries, rinsed and drained
- Ghee or vegetable oil of your choice
- ½-1 TBSP turmeric
- Salt to taste
TOOLS:
- Parchment Paper
- Baking trays (at least 9” x 13” but preferably bigger
- Wooden cutting board/serving tray
