Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground beef (substitute ground turkey)
- 5 medium potatoes
- 1 small onion grated (discard extra water)
- 2 medium onions (for sautéing)
- 1.5 teaspoons of turmeric
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper or more for spicier taste
- Salt to taste
- 1 tablespoon of dried lime (substitution lime juice)
- 2 tablespoons of tomato paste
- 2-3 tablespoon Olive oil
This dish can be served over rice, cauliflower rice, quinoa, or with bread.
