Iranian (Persian) Omelette

Recipe Ingredients:

  • 2-3 tbsp Oil
  • 3 Onions ( Finely Chopped)
  • 1 tsp Garlic Paste
  • 1 tsp Ginger Paste
  • 2 Tomatoes ( finely chopped )
  • 2 Tbsp Tomato Paste
  • 1 tsp Cumin Seeds Powder
  • 1 tsp Coriander Seeds  Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • Salt
  • 1/4 Cup Water
  • 1/2 tsp Garam Masala Powder
  • 6 Eggs
  • Coriander Leaves (chopped)
