This creamy pistachio ice cream is not only easy to make but also has a protein boost!
Ingredients:
- 1 cup peeled pistachios
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon honey
Instructions:
- Soak the peeled pistachios in water for 10 minutes.
- Drain and place the pistachios in a blender.
- Add the Greek yogurt and honey to the blender.
- Blend until the mixture is smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a dish and place it in the freezer.
- Once frozen, sprinkle some crushed pistachios on top.
- Enjoy your homemade pistachio ice cream!
