Homemade Pistachio Ice Cream

This creamy pistachio ice cream is not only easy to make but also has a protein boost!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup peeled pistachios
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Instructions:

  1. Soak the peeled pistachios in water for 10 minutes.
  2. Drain and place the pistachios in a blender.
  3. Add the Greek yogurt and honey to the blender.
  4. Blend until the mixture is smooth.
  5. Pour the mixture into a dish and place it in the freezer.
  6. Once frozen, sprinkle some crushed pistachios on top.
  7. Enjoy your homemade pistachio ice cream!
