- lentils (semi-cooked) 1.5 cups
- basmati rice (my preferred brand is ROYAL) 2.5 cups
- water 5 cups
- boiled water ½ cup
- yellow onion 1 extra-large & extra firm
- gluten-free flour 2 tbsp
- egg white 5 tbsp
