LONDON, Nov 21 (Reuters) – Britain on Tuesday condemned the unlawful seizure of the Galaxy Leader commercial ship by Houthis in the Red Sea and called for the immediate release of the vessel and its crew.

“The United Kingdom condemns the unlawful seizure of MV Galaxy Leader by the Houthis in the Red Sea and we call for the immediate, and unconditional, release of the ship and its crew,” a spokesperson for the country’s Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office said on Tuesday.
