Tachin with chicken flakes

Ingredients :

* 2 large chicken breasts
* 1/2 cup dried burberries
* 30g unsalted butter
* 1 tsp saffron threads
* 250g plain yoghurt
* 125ml oil
* 4 egg yolks
* salt, paper, garlic powder, tumeric to taste

Instructions :

* parboil the rice in water with a little oil and salt
* fry your burberries in a little butter until soft and put aside


* mix egg yolks, oil, yogurt, saffron threads (already mixed in hot water)and salt
* mix the parboiled rice with more saffron to get a deep yellow color
* mix half of the rice with your yogurt mixture and lay at the bottom of an oven dish
* lay your chicken and top with the other half of the rice


* put in the oven at 180 for 1 hour or until you like the color


* decorate with burberries
