WASHINGTON, June 15 (Reuters) – The United States wants Iran to take steps to de-escalate tensions, including steps to curb its nuclear program, and cease its actions that destabilize the region, State Department spokesperson Matthew Miller told reporters on Thursday.
Washington continues to use diplomatic engagements to pursue goals with Iran in coordination with allies and partners, he added.
