Peter Moore, a British IT expert, explains his support for Vahid Beheshti’s public protest to convince the British government to proscribe the Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps in the UK. Mr. Moore was kidnapped in Iraq by the IRGC in 2007 and held captive for 31 months. His four bodyguards who were also seized from a government building in Baghdad were shot dead.
