KL/REUTERS: An Iranian man proposed to a woman at the Hafezieh Mausoleum in the city of Shiraz, witnessed by celebrating friends. Soon after, the couple was arrested and investigated for the offence of re-creating a Western tradition in public and for the woman not covering her hair.
