MOSCOW, July 8 (Reuters) – The Kremlin on Monday congratulated Iran on the election of moderate candidate Masoud Pezeshkian as president, and said Russia hoped its partnership with Tehran would continue.
Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said Moscow’s relations with Iran were very positive in multiple spheres.
